The National Sea Rescue Institute (NSRI) is a voluntary non-profit organization in South Africa tasked with saving lives on South African waters. It consists of 30 coastal stations and 3 inland stations serviced by over 940 volunteers equipped with 92 rescue craft and 27 vehicles. () The NSRI works closely with other Search and Rescue organisations in South Africa.
